Our TB „King Khan“ got the travelling destination „India“. It got its name from the famous Indian mega star „Shahrukh Khan“. In many Bollywood films, he plays the main role and he was a guest this year at the Berlinale presenting his current film „Om Shanti Om“.
In October, he will return to Germany, performing the tour „Temptation Reloaded 2008“ in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich.
Our Travelbug „King Khan“ completed its Task on 9.9.2008!
The journey started at Fort Knox on 09.01.2006 – HE was almost exactly two years on the road and has a total mileage of 8449.7 km.
HE was dropped in „Kerlyn’s Pride Pune, India“ yesterday.
Pune is located about 86km southeast of Mumbai (formerly Bombay) where the headquarter of the Indian film industry „Bollywood“ is located.
Thanks to all those who made this trip possible.
Special greetings from Germany to iceleftd, who carried „King Khan“ over the finish line.

Unser TB „King Khan“ hat als Reiseziel Indien erhalten und ist nach dem indischen Megastar „Shahrukh Khan“ benannt. In vielen Bollywood-Filmen spielt er die Hauptrolle und er war in diesem Jahr Gast auf der Berlinale um den aktuellen Film „Om Shanti Om“ vorzustellen.
Im Oktober ist er wieder zu Besuch Deutschland. In Berlin, Frankfurt und München ist er mit der Tour Temptation Reloaded 2008 unterwegs.
Heute am 9.9.2008 hat der Travelbug seine Aufgabe erfüllt.
Die Reise begann in Fort Knox am 1.9.2006 – ER war also fast genau zwei Jahre unterwegs und hat in Summe 8449.7 km zurückgelegt.
ER wurde gestern in In Kerlyn’s Pune Pride, India abgelegt.
Pune liegt ca. 86km südöstlich von Mumbai (ehemals Bombay) wo sich der Hauptsitz der Indischen Filmindustrie „Bollywood“ befindet.
Vielen Dank an alle, die ihm diese Reise ermöglicht haben.
Ein bsonderes Dankeschön geht an iceleftd, der „King Khan“ über die Ziellinie getragen hat.
Mal sehen… vielleicht kommt der TB in Indien noch etwas herum…
