Heute habe ich mal etwas Rind zum Smoken ausgew\u00e4hlt. 1200g Tafelspitz sind an der Fleischtheke in die T\u00fcte geh\u00fcpft. Der Fettdeckel wurde entfernt und das St\u00fcck mit dem Rub Beef Booster gew\u00fcrzt. Dann ging es bei 110\u00b0C auf den WSM. Ger\u00e4uchert wurde mit Hickory Chunks.
